This Resource Guide is produced by the Camden City Independent Living Center (CCILC) as a guide for students with disabilities ages 14 and older, who are attending school and in transition from school to adulthood and thier families.

Transition - "Promoting Self Advocacy".

Provided to students with disabilities ages 14 and older, their parents, school personnel and other interested entities to prepare them with the skills and knowledge necessary to transition from school to adult life in ways necessary to be sucessful in work, continuing education, community living and participating members in the community.
